At Aimsio, we take pride in providing exceptional customer service. As an Implementation & Onboarding Project Manager, you will lead the successful implementation and onboarding of Aimsio’s software for new clients, ensuring they understand, adopt, and maximize its value. You will oversee multiple client projects, act as the primary point of contact throughout implementation, manage timelines, set stakeholder expectations, and organize training sessions. Your role bridges the gap between technical configuration and business process optimization, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.

Key Responsibilities
Going forward, Aimsio will be Remote First, meaning you work from home, and we're flexible about where you live. However, we can currently only consider candidates who are legally able to work for us in Canada and will reside in Canada. Our "home cities" are Calgary, Vancouver, and Toronto, so if you live elsewhere, you should expect occasional flights to our home cities in the future for team-building events.
The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 - $95,000 CAD, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive health and wellness benefits plan, a home office subsidy, full health and dental coverage, a wellness account, paid sick, vacation, and flex days, and an RRSP/TFSA Group Savings plan.
