Mediafly is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Project Manager to oversee technical projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will collaborate with prospects, customers, third-party partners, and internal teams to deliver projects end-to-end. This role involves early engagement during pre-sales, initial implementation, and ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery. The person should be adaptable, comfortable in supportive roles, and willing to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, sales, technical account management, project management, and customer success teams to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities of a Project Manager:

1. Manage and deliver end-to-end solutions in collaboration with multiple teams, maintaining project plans, communication, schedules, risk logs, follow-ups, tasks, and other duties.
2. Provide project hand-offs and support training for new features to customers and support teams.
3. Lead large-scale strategic customer implementation projects focused on revenue enablement, technical execution, and cross-functional coordination.
4. Act as the customer's advocate by partnering with key resources and stakeholders for buy-in, becoming a trusted partner.
5. Make recommendations to the project management team regarding project direction and necessary changes.
6. Work closely with sales, customer success, implementation, onboarding, and solutions teams to ensure customer needs are met.
7. Organize and follow up on all efforts related to assigned initiatives.
8. Collaborate with solutions and implementation teams to stay updated on tools, technologies, and best practices.
9. Create comprehensive documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, executive summaries, pending actions, and milestone summaries.
10. Support post-sales teams during implementation to ensure timely project delivery.
11. Manage internal projects and programs to meet the solutions team's needs.
12. Drive the full software development process with solution engineering, overseeing all deployment phases to meet timelines, budgets, and project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or MS degree with 3+ years, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a large, global enterprise environment across multiple time zones and geographies.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Self-motivated, driven to achieve and exceed expectations, and ready to tackle large-scale challenges.
• Organized, thorough, and committed to doing things the right way.
• Background in enterprise software solutions and cloud technologies is a plus.
• Experience with content management, revenue intelligence, conversation intelligence, and value selling solutions is desirable.
• Ability to design and present technical solutions to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in creating project plans and documentation.
• Solid understanding of project management best practices.
• Efficient in administrative tasks and able to work independently or in a team environment.
