Job summary

Dexian is seeking an experienced Project Control Officer to support a large IT program focused on remediation activities. The role involves managing project controls, reporting, financial tracking, schedules, risks, issues, and project documentation.

You will maintain RAID logs, prepare weekly status reports and materials for the executive steering committee, and track interdependencies across workstreams. Strong MS Office, MS Project, and experience with JIRA/Confluence/SharePoint are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project monitoring and control experience.
• Strong experience in schedule management, reporting, RAID management, and financial management.
• Experience supporting large projects/programs.
• Knowledge of PDLC, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, and SharePoint.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and operate with limited direction.
