Job summary

Parker Huggett - A Division of LRO Staffing in Edmonton is assisting a stable, long-standing general contractor to hire a Project Manager who will own ICI project delivery and assume leadership across multiple facets of each job.

You will oversee projects from preconstruction through close-out, build and manage budgets and schedules, and direct site teams to keep work moving safely and on track while serving as the main contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in ICI construction.
• Comfortable owning budget and schedule without hand-holding.
• Solid communicator, especially under pressure.
• Construction Management or Engineering or related education.
• Gold Seal certification is a nice-to-have.

A stable, well-established Edmonton general contractor is hiring a Project Manager to take ownership of ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) project delivery.

Duties include but are not limited to:

About the Job

This is a permanent, full-time role with a base salary in the $105,000 to $145,000 range depending on experience, plus benefits and a long runway for growth.
