Job summary

Reliance Impact is seeking a Project Director to lead large-scale ground-up ICI construction projects in the GTA. You will oversee delivery, safety, budget, and schedule while guiding multiple project teams to excellence.

You will mentor PMs and site teams, manage client relationships and project risks, and partner with senior leadership on strategic planning and improvements to drive high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

Compensation: $170,000–$222,000 + bonus + benefits + RRSP

A leading General Contractor in the GTA is seeking a seasoned Project Director to provide strategic leadership across large-scale, ground-up Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) projects.

This role is focused on oversight, accountability, and delivery excellence—guiding multiple project teams, driving performance, and ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and on budget.
