The Role

We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our fast-paced agency. You will be the central point of contact across the account and departments, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will manage multiple projects, track resources and budgets, and communicate priorities effectively. This role may focus on social, digital, print, and broadcast tactics.

What you’ll do:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with client objectives.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion across all departments.
• Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and processes.

Communication & Collaboration

• Serve as the main contact for internal teams and clients.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams.
• Lead milestone meetings and provide status updates.
• Share reports and maintain transparency.

Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain a project tracker for progress and performance.
• Analyze and update project data regularly.

Client Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Manage expectations and identify growth opportunities.

Process Improvement

• Improve project management workflows.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years in project management, preferably in advertising or marketing.
• Proven success managing multiple projects on schedule and budget.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and agency workflows.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
• Experience with Content Management Systems like WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented.
