Works Design is seeking a Project Manager to join a 35-person team. The role blends high-level account direction with day-to-day project management to drive successful project delivery across online and print work.
You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team, manage client expectations, and ensure clear communication of objectives and scope. The position requires agency experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a flexible, hybrid work model
We have an engaged and diverse team of about 35 colleagues dedicated to collaboration and producing great work. We’re project-focused and deadline-driven – so some days may be longer than others. But even when it’s busy, we make time for team activities and encourage participation (whether virtual or in person).
The Role
As a project manager at Works Design, you are a key member of the account team, blending the higher-level strategy of account direction with the detailed problem-solving of day-to-day project management. Managing the conflict between these two parts of your job will be key to your success.

Additional Expectations
As a member of the Project Management team, you will be expected to make a meaningful contribution to the overall success of the agency. We expect you to find opportunities to deliver increased value and leading-edge excellence for clients, while creating a platform for your colleagues to learn and to do their best work.
Our workload fluctuates throughout the year, with periods of particularly high activity. Project Managers are expected to be available and actively involved at key stages of all projects to support successful delivery. Occasional late evenings may be required to meet project deadlines and client needs.
Our current working model is flexible, allowing employees to work from home or the office, depending on individual preferences and business requirements. Working arrangements may evolve as business needs change. The role may also require occasional studio attendance and travel to client locations.
All Works Design colleagues must adhere to our policies and procedures and embody the company’s values: collaboration, curiosity, accountability, optimism and inclusion.
Total Compensation
We appreciate all interest but cannot respond to all applicants. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
