Job summary

M&H is seeking a passionate Project Manager to support our team and evolving clients in a hybrid Toronto-based role. You will supervise print and digital projects, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with designers and the production team.

Qualifications include a related university or college education and at least five years in a similar role. Strong communication, organization, and client relationship skills are essential.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Supervising all your assigned clients’ print and digital projects;
• Establishing priorities according to deadlines and assign projects to a team of graphic designers and artists;
• Following up with clients and the production team to ensure smooth project execution;
• Fostering a partnership of confidence and act as a consultant for our clients;
• Taking part in production meetings and analyzing the mandates entrusted to us by our clients;
• Preparing estimates, launching projects and carrying out invoicing;
• Playing a proactive role in problem resolution;
• Monitoring project costs and proposing proactive solutions to improve their efficiency and profitability;
• All other related tasks.

WE WANT TO GET TO KNOW YOU IF:

• You have a related university or college education;
• You have at least five years of experience in a similar role;
• You demonstrate positive leadership and are a team player;
• You are known for the quality of your communication skills and client relationships;
• You deftly adapt to all sorts of situations and work independently;
• You are highly organized and effectively manage your time and priorities;
• You demonstrate discipline and attention to detail;
• You have agency/studio experience (an asset);
• You are familiar with Mac graphic design software (an asset).
