Job summary

We are seeking an intermediate Project Manager to oversee multiple building restoration projects, focusing on building envelope systems and concrete repair. You will manage projects from planning through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in building restoration or construction, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to read drawings and specs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in building restoration or construction.
• Experience with building envelope, cladding, sealants, or concrete restoration is a strong asset.
• Ability to read construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites.
