Faber Work in Calgary is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support delivery of commercial and residential restoration projects around the Calgary area. You will oversee management oversight of all phases, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence with safety and quality standards.

The role requires coordinating owners, consultants and trades, managing on-site teams, and leading site meetings while maintaining strong customer service and alignment with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator on commercial and residential restoration projects.
• Experience in water damage, fire and smoke, mold, and disaster recovery restoration.
• Desire to work directly with the senior leadership team and support the continuing growth of the company on a long-term basis.
• Proven ability to lead dynamic teams on multiple projects.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to find quick solutions and implement them proactively in dealing with problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day planning and management of multiple restoration projects, including both commercial and residential buildings.
• Communicate with owners, consultants and sub trades, deliver a high level of customer service to clients.
• Support management of on-site personnel including Superintendents, Foremen and subcontractors.
• Prepare project set-up, schedules, and cost controls.
• Lead regular site meetings with sub-contractors, architects and consultants.
• Work with superintendents to ensure projects adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare progress invoices/sub trade invoices; change orders to Owner and Sub trades.
• Oversee project close out.
• Assist with development of project coordinators and site crews.

About the Role

This position will support a wide variety of restoration projects, and will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget.

Role Description

You will oversee management oversight of all phases of restoration projects, including employees, subcontractors, materials and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding safely and with quality.
