We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of exterior and structural restoration projects throughout the GTA. This role plays a key part in coordinating documentation, subcontractors, and project timelines from pre-construction through to close-out., who is eager to grow and learn within a dynamic environment. This is a hands‑on, fully in‑office role with regular site visits and close collaboration with the project and division management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager and General Manager with scheduling, coordination, and daily tracking
- Prepare, issue, and maintain logs for RFIs, submittals, change orders, and site instructions
- Organize and update all project documentation including drawings, specifications, and inspection reports using tools like Bluebeam and AutoCAD
- Assist with project scheduling and planning using MS Projects and other tools
- Liaise between internal teams, clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to track progress and resolve site issues
- Attend bi‑weekly site meetings and provide progress updates
- Help ensure all projects stay on track with respect to budget, scope, and timeline
- Maintain excellent internal documentation and reporting systems
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety documentation and site‑specific requirements
- Assist with close‑out documentation such as as‑builts, warranty packages, and manuals
- Coordinate and monitor material deliveries to ensure alignment with project timelines
- Participate in continuous learning and development to support larger, more complex projects over time
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in a construction coordination or support role, ideally in restoration or building envelope
- Familiarity with scopes such as masonry repairs, waterproofing, balcony restoration, and structural rehabilitation
- Comfortable reading architectural and structural drawings
- Experience supporting unionised job sites or publicly funded projects is an asset
- Proficient on software like Bluebeam, Procore and AutoCAD is an asset
- A humble, collaborative approach to work
- Highly organised with strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable working full‑time in the office, with occasional site travel (vehicle required)
- Post‑secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
