• Manage a high volume of email campaigns and Tier 3 marketing projects from intake through final delivery.
• Coordinate project timelines, priorities, deliverables, and approvals across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Liaise closely with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and production resources to ensure requirements are clearly communicated.
• Direct and coordinate work with offsite freelance production teams, providing clear briefs, timelines, feedback, and required deliverables.
• Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and status updates in Workfront.
• Manage project intake, task assignments, approvals, and workflow through Workfront.
• Ensure creative and production teams have the information and assets needed to complete work efficiently.
• Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-up is completed.
• Balance competing priorities and shifting deadlines in a fast-paced banking and marketing environment.
• Support process improvements and help maintain consistent project management practices across the team.

Our large banking client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a high volume of marketing and production initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects, and experienced working across email campaigns, creative production, and cross-functional teams.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and driving a large volume of email campaigns and Tier 3 projects from intake through completion. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and production resources, including offsite freelance teams, to ensure work is clearly briefed, prioritized, and delivered on time.

While this position does not have direct people management responsibilities, the Project Manager will play a key role in directing workflow, communicating requirements, and keeping production teams aligned.

• Strong experience managing a high volume of email marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varying priorities and timelines.
• Hands-on experience with Workfront is required.
• Experience coordinating creative or production teams, including freelancers, agencies, or external partners.
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows, approvals, and project delivery processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to direct work and keep teams accountable without formal people management responsibilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Banking, financial services, or another regulated industry experience is strongly preferred.

Location

Hybrid — 3 days per week in office. Specific in-office days are flexible.
