Job summary

Wealthridge Construction Ltd. in Timmins, ON, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate internal resources and external vendors for construction projects.

Responsibilities include delivering on-time, within scope and budget; developing detailed scopes and objectives; managing risks and stakeholder relations; and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Fluency in English/French is preferred.

Qualifications

  • G License required.
  • 5 Years Construction Experience.
  • Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
  • Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines.
  • Good knowledge of English and/or French.
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
  • Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
