Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial and/or institutional construction experience.
• 2+ years of construction project management experience on projects exceeding $20M in value.
• Experience delivering projects under CM, design-build, and hard bid contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery from pre-construction planning through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, procurement plans, and execution strategies.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, change management, and project financials.
• Coordinate project teams, consultants, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, risk management, and regulatory compliance throughout execution.

• Lead all phases of project delivery from pre-construction planning through project closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, procurement plans, and execution strategies
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, change management, and project financials
• Coordinate project teams, consultants, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

• Oversee commissioning, turnover, warranty activities, and client closeout processes

Requirements:

• Possess 5+ years of commercial and/or institutional construction experience
• Demonstrate 2+ years of construction project management experience with projects exceeding $20M in value
• Deliver projects under Construction Management, Design-Build, and Hard Bid contract models
• Utilize project management and construction software including MS Project or Primavera P6, SAP, Bluebeam, and electronic document management systems
• Lead teams effectively through strong communication, negotiation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced construction environments
