Support project teams in delivering high-quality consulting solutions. Manage project schedules, coordinate resources, and ensure effective communication among internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors to facilitate project execution, maintain documentation, and uphold quality and budgetary standards.

Duties

• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate tasks among team members to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Monitor project progress and address potential delays or issues
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical reports
• Track project budgets and expenses
• Provide a high quality of service in project deliverables and communications
• Other tasks as may be assigned
• Oversee the work of one or more Project Coordinators and/or Project Administrators
• Perform business development tasks including proposal preparation and pricing

• Any technology, device, or software required to perform the work will be supplied, owned, and maintained by the company. This includes but is not limited to a computer, a secondary screen, and required software and subscriptions.
• Candidate may report to our Regina office or work remotely within our service area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 year of Project Management experience in consulting engineering and/or architecture
• Preference will be given to candidates who have obtained their PMP designation
