You have completed a BS Degree in Business, Engineering or a similar field, or have related experience in lieu of a degree. You may also have obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in a project-related role for at least 8 years and are ready to join Framatome to help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

- Prepares project plans, schedules, and materials to achieve project quality, reliability, cost, and timing objectives.
- Utilizes approved project management methods and processes to execute low-risk projects of existing technology and methods to meet client needs and expectations.
- Provides primary interface between project team, management, and client.
- Develops assignments, timetables, and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project.
- Coordinates multiple project activities including organizing and directing personnel, materials, and equipment; utilizes team building skills to ensure satisfactory project performance.
- Defines and forecasts needed skills to meet project objectives.
- Manages the timely issuance and payment of customer invoices.
- Utilizes existing and/or acquired technical expertise to find improved technical solutions to support the product lifecycle and replacement of current Framatome technologies.
- Participates in solving technical issues identified by project management, business line management, or customer requests with the objective to increase business opportunities for Framatome Canada Ltd.
- Provides project leadership for major commercial design, construction, expansion, extension, renovation, supply, or component replacement projects.
- Prepares project plans, schedules, and materials to achieve project quality, reliability, cost, and timing objectives.
Additional Skills and Experience
- Engineering and Construction Management Experience with Bruce Power. Knowledge about Bruce Power ECC process is a plus.
- Good organization skills and financial management skills.
- Proven leadership skills to manage cost, schedule, and scope.
- Experience with P6 and cost management tools like PRS.
- Knowledge of Nuclear Industry Safety & Quality Processes.

As a Project Manager in Pickering, Ontario, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include :
- Managing a variety of Engineering & Services projects, with a team of project coordinators and engineering staff.
- Interfacing with customer representatives daily, ensuring all contract deliverables are executed to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Being responsible to the Product Line Manager for safety, quality, cost, and schedule for all managed projects.
- Organizing and chairing daily/weekly project meetings.
- Maintaining all managed projects within the Framatome Project Reporting system.
- Providing support in the field as needed.
