Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled, caring, and safety-focused Project Manager to report to the Construction Manager. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, leading project teams through all phases to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

Project Planning

• Manage all project aspects, develop detailed plans, identify risks, and create budgets.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction.
• Ensure safety compliance and supervise project personnel.

Team Coordination

• Assemble and delegate tasks to project teams, fostering collaboration.

Construction Oversight

• Monitor construction progress, conduct site visits, and coordinate with subcontractors.

Budget & Cost Management

• Develop budgets, review expenses, and manage change orders.

Risk Management

• Identify and mitigate project risks, stay compliant with regulations.

Communication & Reporting

• Provide updates to stakeholders and generate progress reports.

Quality Control

• Ensure work quality and adherence to standards.

Skills & Attributes

• Proven project management skills, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or technical diploma in Construction Management, with at least 10 years' experience.
• Knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and project management tools.
• Certifications such as Gold Seal, LEED, or related assets are preferred.
