Job summary

Solution Recrutement International is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution on-site in Magog, QC. You will plan, schedule, coordinate resources, track milestones, and manage risks while communicating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

You will work closely with expeditor and logistics functions to resolve issues and ensure timely inspections, while maintaining accurate documentation and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in expeditor and expediting functions to follow up on orders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Background in inspection activities to verify quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Knowledge of logistics management to coordinate shipments and materials.
• On-site work in Magog, QC with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• English communication; French proficiency is an asset.
• PM/Engineering/Operations education; PMP certification is an advantage.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Project Manager role is based in Magog, QC. The Project Manager oversees end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and monitoring progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. The role involves leading project meetings, tracking milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. The Project Manager works closely with expediting and logistics functions to resolve issues, ensure timely inspections, and keep all stakeholders informed of project status. This position also requires preparing reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and continuously improving project processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Experience in Expeditor and Expediting functions to follow up on orders, timelines, and deliverables
• Background in Inspection activities to verify quality, compliance, and project specifications
• Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate shipments, materials, and supply chain activities
• Ability to work on-site in Magog, QC and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency is an asset
• Relevant education in project management, engineering, operations, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage
