ROLE

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring the company's operational projects.

This role acts as a central point of coordination between the various departments to ensure efficient, structured implementation aligned with the company's growth objectives.

In a context of strong growth, the Project Manager also contributes to the implementation and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and working methods.

The Project Manager is responsible for:

• operational coordination
• monitoring interdepartmental collaboration
• implementation priority management
• internal communication
• meeting deadlines
• project stabilization until full operational implementation
• Plan and coordinate the various project phases
• Monitor deadlines and priorities
• Organize follow-up meetings
• Identify risks, issues, and obstacles
• Escalate situations that could impact deadlines or quality quickly
• Ensure a smooth transition between the departments involved
