CMP Advanced Mechanical Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to oversee customer product portfolios from quote to multiple life cycles, coordinating with Engineering and Continuous Improvement teams.

The role requires strong project management experience, industry knowledge, and bilingual French/English capabilities, with travel as needed. This position focuses on delivering technical solutions while maintaining customer relationships and ensuring program success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PMP or CAPM certification or equivalent experience.
• Understands technical, manufacturing, engineering and supply chain aspects of the industry.
• Sheet metal and machining expertise is a plus.
• Experience managing complex manufacturing projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with customer focus.
• Willing to travel.
• Bilingual in French and English.

Job Description

The Program Manager, with support from the Engineering and Continuous Improvement teams, will be primarily responsible for the overall success of their customer product portfolios, from the initial quote through multiple product life cycles. The Program Manager will also be required to continuously monitor their customer's business environment for potential new product developments and then serve as the primary technical contact and technical interface with the customer.

The Program Manager, with support from the Engineering and Continuous Improvement teams, will be primarily responsible for the overall success of their customer product portfolios, from the initial quote through multiple product life cycles. The Program Manager will also be required to continuously monitor their customer's business environment for potential new product developments and then serve as the primary technical contact and technical interface with the customer.

Knowledge And Skill Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in project management, an asset.
• A PMP / CAPM designation or experience deemed relevant.
• Understands the technical, manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain aspects of the industry.
• Sheet metal and machining expertise, an asset.
• Experience in managing complex manufacturing projects.
• Entrepreneurship and customer orientation.
• Excellent judgment and strong decision-making skills.
• Available for travel.
• Master the French language and the English (customers from the United States).
