• Prepare and present project quotations, proposals, and scope adjustments.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by providing ongoing support post‑implementation.
• Evaluate engineering workflows and recommend best practices to maximize customer success.

In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand their engineering processes, gather technical requirements, collaborate with internal software engineers, and manage project execution end‑to‑end.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage smooth handoff from sales to implementation and act as the primary project consultant.
• Lead customer engagements by scoping requirements, presenting solutions, and delivering implementation services.
