Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience with at least 2 years as a Construction Project Manager in residential development or renovation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, layout, quality control, and practical trade methods.
• Understanding of building codes and safety regulations; certifications are an asset.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
