Job description

Founded in 2013, ANODA has almost 12 years of experience providing top-notch design and development services, focusing on FinTech and SaaS startups in the US.

Our goal is to enhance user experience and interface, address revenue generation issues, and simplify complex applications. We have completed numerous successful projects, including two Behance award-winning ones.

Your Tasks as a Project Manager

1. Determine and define project scope and objectives.
2. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
3. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively.
4. Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
5. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
6. Track project costs to meet the budget.
7. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
8. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
9. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
10. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
11. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
12. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement (e.g., COM, GPM, NPS).

What We Expect from You

1. At least 1.5+ years of project management experience.
2. Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
3. Strong familiarity with project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
4. Experience managing projects through full lifecycle.
5. Excellent analytical skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
7. Proven ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
