Oil and Gas domain experience is preferred.

Job Description

1. 10+ Years experience in Project Management with at least 5 years in Agile / Scrum environments.
2. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and project management best practices.
3. Experience in the Oil and Gas domain is preferred.
4. Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), DevOps, CI / CD.
5. Understanding of software development and digital transformation projects.
6. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
7. Certified Scrum Master, PMP or equivalent certifications are preferred.
8. Ability to think big about problem statements, recommend alternative technical approaches, and build optimal solutions.
9. Proven track record of building large-scale, highly available, low latency, high quality distributed systems and software products.
10. Track record delivering software that is correct, stable, high performance, secure, and accessibility compliant.
11. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
