Pacific Blue Cross is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their Information and Technology Services team. This temporary position aims to lead technology-focused projects, enhancing automated business processes while managing stakeholder interactions and overseeing project governance structures. Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact
As a Project Manager, you would lead all aspects of projects from concept to closure and will liaise with consultants, vendors, client entities, and external agencies to deliver information technology “systems” projects.
You will lead projects mainly focused on providing new or improved automated business processes in accordance with the governance structures in place and through collaboration with key delivery groups.
You would help define project requirements and ensure the right systems are in place, apply conflict management skills throughout projects, and negotiate with parties to implement the best solutions.
As a Project Manager, this role would regularly report project progress through the project governance structure of identifying status, risks, schedule, and budget.
In this role, you would drive wins through building strong offerings, services, and solutions while providing clients with valuable relationship management, advise, direction, and leadership.
