As a project lead, you support the project sponsor and oversee a work team involved in cross-sector projects and initiatives to ensure objectives are met. You participate in all project phases, from design to rollout. You organize, manage, and control human, material, financial, and IT resources needed to deliver large-scale, innovative projects involving multiple sectors. You draw on your drive for results and ability to engage others to manage teams effectively and help the organization achieve its objectives. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your field of expertise. You are responsible for strategic projects that are complex and require thorough analysis and understanding of the organization and business lines. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders from various fields. You lead, influence, and serve as an expert to teams, senior management, and decision-making bodies. You represent and act on behalf of the organization and help negotiate agreements with external providers. You will be required to:

• Work on deliverables with contribution managers, ensuring business objectives are met, benefits are delivered, and budgets and timelines are respected
• Ensure that the necessary material, human, and financial resources are available to meet business objectives
• Manage, monitor, and communicate the project roadmap and budget, and define and promote governance
• Identify and handle project issues and risks
• Prepare reports and status updates for the project sponsor and decision-making bodies, and manage internal and external suppliers
