Sheridan College is seeking a Project Lead - IT Project Services to support the IT PMO across multiple projects and portfolios. You will lead the technical components, manage schedules, scope, costs, and resources, and coordinate testing and integration.
The role requires a 3-year IT/PM degree or diploma and at least 8 years of PM experience, including cloud implementations and vendor management. A hybrid work schedule and collaboration with senior stakeholders are expected.
Reporting to the Manager, IT PMO, the Project Lead - IT Project Services supports Sheridan’s various Project initiatives.
The Project Management Office (PMO) involves the management of over fifty (50) projects, divided among four (4) portfolios, that are essential to the success of advancing Sheridan’s digital transformation.
The Project Lead is accountable for leading the technical component of project delivery for multiple projects under any of the 4 portfolios. This position is to accommodate the current demand of projects created to achieve the goals of Sheridan’s strategic initiatives.

You have a highly collaborative spirit and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with others to support establishing and achieving collective goals.
Your research and analysis skills will help to facilitate the measurement, interpretation and presentation of information in the most impactful way.
You enjoy balancing many different tasks, staying organized and planning and have the ability to integrate multiple streams of information, prioritize and track multiple projects to meet a demanding workload and keep things running smoothly.
