Sheridan College is seeking a Campus Service Associate to support Campus Services, including the oneCARD office and Campus Store. You will handle daily POS transactions, inventory, and customer service for students, staff, and faculty.
The role involves training part-time student staff, merchandising, e-commerce fulfilment, and coordinating with managers and marketing teams to meet sales goals. On-site, with a 37.5 hour workweek.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, Campus Services, the Campus Service Associate provides a variety of support services for Campus Services, including the oneCARD office & the Campus Store and is responsible for 1st level front-line customer service for all clients. This incumbent is responsible for the daily production of oneCARDs, selling services offered through the oneCARD, completing daily reconciliations, deposits and performing Point of Sale (POS) functions for the Campus Store and oneCARD transactions. The incumbent also provides front-line customer services and performs related tasks such as visual merchandising, answering e-mail and telephone inquiries, assisting customers in the store, performing cashier duties, and helping with some general duties for shipping and receiving, e-commerce order fulfilment and course materials. As well as assists with part-time student hiring, training, scheduling and onboarding for Campus Services. The incumbent is responsible for setting high customer service standards by providing an optimal client experience through indirect or direct interactions
