Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading projects in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (up to five at a time).
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from planning and award through final delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and customer expectations are met.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Track performance using KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to Victaulic project management standards and best practices.
