The role supports pricing requests, procurement, and quotation processes for Special Product Requests, liaising with Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate quotes and timely deliverables.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in business studies, procurement or supply chain preferred, and equivalent work experience considered an asset.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in customer service and/or procurement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Special Pricing Requests and prepare quotes to distributors and clients.
• Obtain current cost and market information to calculate accurate pricing.
• Determine delivery based on customer requirement and production capability.
• Provide technical support on pricing and products to sales, branches and other departments.
• Manage projects and product lines outside the scope of the Customer Care department.
• Support the Victaulic Product Delivery System by maintaining proactive communication with Sales and customers.
