Job summary

Great Little Box Company is seeking a detail-oriented estimator to join our fast-growing Estimating Department. You will help deliver wow for our customers by analyzing project requirements and providing accurate cost estimates for packaging solutions.

We offer a compensation range of CAD 50,000–CAD 60,000/year plus monthly profit sharing, health & dental, RRSP matching, education assistance, and generous vacation. Established in 1982, GLBC is a family-owned leader in packaging.

Compensation:

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000-$60,000/year depending on level of experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Estimating in any field or Print Industry Experience is an asset
• Drive to problem solve strategically and efficiently to accomplish daily and long terms goals
• Thrives in a team environment and holds strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong memory retention and critical thinking skills.
• Effective multi-tasking ability paired with excellent time management skills to meet demanding deadlines
• Attentiveness to details and passion for the organization with a strong technical aptitude and enthusiasm

Additional skills are an asset:

• Experience reading technical drawings
• Experience with ArtiosCad or any other CAD software
