Job summary

Great Little Box Company is seeking a Production Worker for their Mitchell Island facility at 11300 Twigg Place, on the afternoon shift (Tue-Fri, 1:15pm–11:45pm). This is a great entry position into manufacturing with room for growth.

The role focuses on labeling, packaging, and supporting lean manufacturing initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Safety and accuracy are emphasized in daily tasks, with a strong teamwork culture.

Responsibilities

• Label materials correctly and accurately
• Restack finished and stripped product as required
• Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Help monitor production waste and identify root causes for defects
• Maintain a clean and orderly production area at all times
• Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned by the supervisor

Our Production Worker is a great entry position into the world of manufacturing, with lots of room for growth! We are hiring at our Mitchell Island location at 11300 Twigg Place on the afternoon shift:

• Tuesday-Friday - 1:15pm - 11:45pm Folding Cartons Division

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $20.50/hour

• Perform other manufacturing projects/duties as requested by the production supervisor
