We're looking for a Project Estimator who enjoys solving puzzles, analyzing project requirements, and turning concepts into accurate, competitive estimates. If you're naturally curious, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with multiple departments to build winning solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for custom signage projects

  • Gather and analyze information to develop estimates from concept through completion
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and product information
  • Assemble bid pricing for large-scale tenders and proposal submissions
  • Collaborate with sales, design, project management, and production teams to ensure estimate accuracy and feasibility
  • Maintain and improve estimating templates, costing tools, and ERP data
  • Identify risks, assumptions, and opportunities that may impact project costs
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to estimating processes and cost accuracy
What You'll Bring
  • Experience estimating within a manufacturing, construction, signage, millwork, or related industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents
  • Strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
  • Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Confidence making assumptions and asking questions when information is incomplete
  • Sign industry experience is considered an asset but not required
Why Join Twilight?
  • Work on unique custom projects—not repetitive products
  • Collaborate with a team of designers, fabricators, project managers, and installers
  • Play a key role in helping projects move from concept to reality
  • Competitive compensation
  • Comprehensive group benefits
  • Employee & Family Assistance Program
  • Group RRSP Matching Program
  • Quarterly company events
  • Early Fridays
  • Stable, growing company with over 30 years of industry leadership
