Great Little Box Company is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to support our fast-growing Estimating Department. You will lead by analyzing project requirements, solving problems, and collaborating with sales, operations, and suppliers to deliver exceptional packaging solutions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving processes across divisions. This is an on-site position based in Edmonton with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Estimating in any field or Print Industry experience is an asset.
• Strategic problem solving to accomplish daily and long-term goals.
• Thrives in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong memory retention and critical thinking.
• Effective multi-tasking with strong time management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies customer needs to exceed expectations.

• Support Sales and Customer Solution team; identify improvements and implement corrective action.
• Train cross-divisionally within Estimating; collaborate with divisions and suppliers to achieve results including manufacturing, materials costing, quoting.

About the Role:

We are seeking for a detail-oriented and driven individual who is passionate about delivering wow for our fast-growing Estimating Department. Our ideal candidate supports us by leading our mission of Bring our Customers’ First choice in Packaging by Changing the Game in Service.

Compensation:

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000-$60,000/year depending on level of experience.
