Job summary

Linamar Corporation is seeking an Engineer - Project to independently manage engineering tasks under the guidance of a program manager. You will be the key customer contact to understand requirements, liaise with suppliers, and ensure on-time, on-budget project completion while meeting quality standards.

You will also guide process and manufacturing engineers. Responsibilities include leading APQP/CFM/PPAP activities, tracking budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams to optimize cycle

Qualifications

• A university degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Licensing by a provincial or territorial association of professional technicians/engineers is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Take projects from concept to production.
• Track budgets and timing; communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Lead APQP/CFM/PPAP processes and document activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and process engineers to implement improvements.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
