Job summary

Perini Management Services, Inc., a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Project Engineer to join our Newfoundland team. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive planning, budgeting, and procurement for complex projects.

The role requires a related degree, prior construction project experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Procore. Travel and relocation near the project site are expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience as Construction Project Engineer or Project Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Procore.
• Willing to travel and relocate near the project location.
• Experience on US Federal Construction Projects (USACE or NAVFAC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and coordination across all phases.
• Assist in developing budgets, timelines, and procurement plans.
• Maintain schedules, manage changes, and track progress.
• Document meetings, submittals, RFIs, and QC inspections.
