Job summary

The Cahill Group is seeking a Project Manager to support our Construction NL division in St. John’s, NL.

You report directly to the Director of Projects, coordinating skilled trades, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and project resources to bring complex construction scopes to life. You will lead project execution, manage risks, and create an environment where teams can perform at their best, while collaborating with site supervision, clients, and internal stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading projects from pre-construction planning through execution, turnover, and closeout.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of assigned projects, maintaining accountability for safety, quality, productivity, schedule, and cost performance.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Maintain oversight of project costs, forecasts, budgets, and financial performance.
