Allmar Inc. in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Project Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years in the door and hardware industry to ensure accurate data transfer between estimating software and our ERP system, and to manage material ordering, fabrication and delivery according to project timelines.

The role involves accurate ERP reporting, contract close-outs, and collaboration with accounting on billing and change orders. MS Office proficiency and bilingual English/French are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate accurate ordering, sourcing, and itemizing of materials to meet contractor schedules at lowest cost freight.
• Create accurate shop orders based on approved shop drawings.
• Coordinate quality checks on all product before handover to customer.
• Manage on-time shipping of materials and outsourcing outbound freight.
• Process purchase order acknowledgements promptly.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure prompt billings and change orders accuracy.
• Participate in project postmortems to identify improvements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build industry relationships.
• Communicate with general contractor regarding product delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY

A project coordinator is responsible for accurate transfer of data from the estimating software to our ERP software ensuring all costing and selling prices line up between the two software platforms. They ensure that material is ordered, fabricated and delivered to the customer based on the project timelines. Project Coordinators are responsible for accurate reporting through the ERP system as well as closing out contracts at the end of projects. This is all done within the confines of the company's Mission, Vision and Values.

• Coordinate accurate ordering/sourcing/itemizing of materials for project in a timely manner; be aware of general contractor’s schedule and achieve lowest cost freight
• Create accurate shop orders based on approved shop drawings
• Coordinate quality checks on all product before it is turned over to customer
• Manage on-time scheduling shipping of materials for project; outsource outbound freight
• Process purchase order acknowledgements in a timely fashion
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure prompt billings and ensure accuracy with contract and change orders issued
• Participate in project postmortems and identify successful and unsuccessful processes within the project.
• Provide exceptional customer service; build relationships with industry members
• Communicate with general contractor as it relates to product delivery
• Other duties as assigned
