Qualifications

• 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der zivilen und/oder Infrastruktur-Bauindustrie.
• Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Projektkoordination und Teamarbeit.

Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator working in the Major Projects division at Pomerleau Construction, you will manage activities and deadlines to better understand client, team, and project needs. You will work on large-scale infrastructure projects, ranging from $500 million to multi-billion dollars, playing a key role in stakeholder communication, resource management, and administrative tasks.

What You Will Do

1. Support the Senior Project Manager and project team with coordination and project support.
2. Maintain open communication with team members, trade partners, consultants, and clients.
3. Review, interpret, and update construction schedules effectively.
4. Manage shop drawings, RFIs, material orders, change notices, and project documents with organization and attention to detail.
5. Analyze project quotes to secure the best market prices.
6. Compile and complete company-wide project reports.
7. Organize and document project meetings, emphasizing their importance.
8. Assist the Quality department with project start-up documentation.
9. Promote health, safety, and environmental standards on the project site.
10. Ensure compliance with project-specific safety standards, OH&S acts, regulations, and codes, fostering a safety-conscious environment.
11. Be open to learning and internal career growth opportunities.
12. Celebrate project milestones and participate in project wrap-up activities.

This role could be for you if you have

1. 3-5 years of experience in civil and/or infrastructure construction.
2. A university degree or technology diploma in engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
3. Experience working on large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.
4. A proven record in project coordination and teamwork.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and provide creative problem-solving solutions.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $95,000, depending on experience and location. This is exclusive of bonuses and includes extensive benefits, which may vary by role.
