WSP is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Mechanical and Electrical teams across complex projects. You will drive delivery excellence through coordination, documentation, reporting, and strict adherence to health, safety, and environment standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Architecture or Construction Management is considered an asset.
• 3-5 years of project coordination experience within engineering delivery environments.
• Experience supporting projects in Institutional, Advanced Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, and Commercial Buildings sectors.
• Working knowledge of project delivery tools including EMS Office, MS Project, Primavera, and BIM.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of multidisciplinary projects with total fees ranging from $500,000 to $10M+, from initiation through close-out.
• Partner with Project Managers and discipline leads to define scope, schedules, risks, and financial foundations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Project Management Plans aligning objectives, budgets, risks, and communication protocols.
• Monitor project progress and communicate risks, issues, and opportunities affecting client relationships or outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain essential project documentation including cost reports, schedules, risk registers, and action logs.
• Participate in internal and external project meetings to ensure clarity and accountability.

As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a critical role supporting our Mechanical and Electrical teams across complex, high-impact projects. Your Impact

• Demonstrated experience supporting projects in sectors such as Institutional, Advanced Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, and Commercial Buildings.
• Working knowledge of project delivery tools including EMS Office, MS Project, Primavera, and BIM.
• Strong understanding of project management best practices and reporting methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity with minimal supervision.
• Professional designations such as PMP (or progress toward certification) are considered an asset.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $77,400 - $102,500
MB & ON: $70,600 - $97,200
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $69,900 - $92,900
