Job summary

WSP is seeking a Junior Project Controller to support project performance from initiation to completion. You will assist budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and reporting while collaborating with project managers and finance teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and other business reporting tools.
  • Ability to interpret financial information and communicate findings effectively.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn project delivery principles, financial management, and consulting business operations.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $66,700 – $88,400

MB & ON: $60,900 – $83,800

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $60,300 – $80,000
