York University seeks a Project Coordinator, Advancement to support the Office of Advancement and Alumni Engagement in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating fundraising programs. The role collaborates with Central Advancement and external partners to enhance donor relationships and meet fundraising goals.
The candidate brings a university degree and at least two years of related fundraising experience, with a proven track record in donor cultivation and stewardship.
The Project Coordinator, Advancement supports the Director with the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of projects and programs led and supported by the Office of Advancement and Alumni Engagement. The role, in collaboration with Central Advancement and various internal and external partners, supports the development, implementation, and improvement of new and existing programs that position Schulich as a leader in achieving fundraising goals and is responsible for the design, planning and implementation of multiple programs, including communicating with external donors, sponsors, and partners to develop and enhance donor relationships.

University degree or an equivalent of 4 years recent experience (defined as within the last five years) working at York University and performing the same or similar tasks. This education equivalency is in addition to the experiential requirements outlined below.
