CNL’s Chalk River Laboratory in Ontario is seeking an administrative project support specialist to help manage project documentation, reports and scheduling. You will interact with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate information delivery.

You will assist the Project Manager and staff with data retrieval, budgeting support, and document control while maintaining filing systems and reporting on progress. This role is onsite at Chalk River.

Qualificações

• Clear written and verbal communication for procedures, letters and formal correspondence.
• Knowledge of PM procedures, processes, policies and best practices.
• Editing, reviewing and handling large documents with correct English usage.

Responsabilidades

• Answer questions and provide information to stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
• Liaise between departments; set up and attend department meetings; take minutes.
