About the role

The Project Coordinator supports the day-to-day delivery of projects across Xodus. • Prepare weekly status updates and reports for the Project Manager and stakeholders
  • Track progress against milestones and flag delays, risks, or issues to the Project Manager early
  • Keep project documentation organized, current, and easy to find, including plans, meeting notes, and change requests
  • Update and manage project information in our project management tools
  • Support budget tracking by logging expenses, processing invoices, and keeping spend records up to date
  • Act as a point of contact for routine questions from team members and stakeholders, and route issues to the right people
  • Help with project wrap-up, including gathering feedback and capturing lessons learned for future projects
  • Take on other project support and administrative tasks as needed
The skills you bring
  • A college diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or similar training is an asset.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a project coordination, administrative, or operations support role. New graduates with relevant co-op or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planner, or Asana) is an asset.
