Are you an experienced and results-driven Project Coordinator with a passion for residential construction? Our client is looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their team and take on a pivotal role in supporting and leading key projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the seamless execution of custom home builds, ensuring that every detail aligns with client expectations and project specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure the project runs smoothly.
• Monitor progress against deadlines and adjust plans as needed.
• Support estimate development including discipline-specific input into the estimate.
• Assist in preparing project budgets.
• Track expenditures to ensure the project stays within budget.
• Identify and address any potential cost overruns.
• Identify potential risks to the project and suggest solutions.
• Assist in the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that any risks are communicated to stakeholders.
• Help with the final project assessment and documentation.
• Ensure that all deliverables are completed and meet client expectations.
• Assist in organizing the handover of the project to the client or relevant department.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of related education and work experience—preferably on multifamily residential projects
• Solid understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specifications
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project stakeholders
• Capable of resolving technical issues using well-defined procedures
• Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software; experience with scheduling tools is an asset

• Salary range: $70,000 - $95,000 (flexible based on experience)
