Job summary

Construction Gilles Lanthier inc. is seeking a driven construction professional to support project coordination and scheduling. You will ensure transmission, compliance and follow-up of shop drawings, and assist in managing changes from consultants.

You will prepare schedules in MS Project, participate in planning with subcontractors, attend site meetings, and monitor deficiency corrections to maintain project quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or DEC in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related construction field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (construction).
• Good knowledge of MS Project.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and bids simultaneously.
• Autonomous and proactive.
• Professionalism with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service oriented.
• Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.
