Position Summary
Thales is looking for a Project Coordinator responsible for coordinating a range of project activities on behalf of the Project Manager. The Project Coordinator shall ensure that day-to-day activities affecting the project are carried out effectively.
The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager and coordinates internal (Control Account Managers, Work Package Managers, etc.) and external (Customer, suppliers, sub-contractors, partners) teams by involving relevant stakeholders such as finance, contract management, etc.
The Project Coordinator also supports the Project Manager in directing project activities to achieve completion regarding technical, industrial, financial, and customer satisfaction aspects. Activities include risk and opportunity management, change management, action items, project closure, lessons learned, and resource estimation.
Within the LC4ISR program, the Project Coordinator will support financial reviews/reporting, deliverables support, invoice and billing coordination, data gathering, scheduling, P&PE documentation, and supporting new tools and process implementation.
