Job summary

SECURITAS TECHNOLOGY CANADA CORPORATION is seeking an Project Coordinator to coordinate and manage electronic security installation projects. The role includes interfacing with customers, coordinating deliverables from start to finish with Project Managers, and managing installation schedules across technicians and subcontractors.

The position reports to the District Installation Manager and involves ensuring timely orders, accurate CCDs and PSDs, and maintaining orderly project folders.

Qualifications

• Scheduling of Installation Technicians to meet customer completion dates with District Install Manager and Project Managers' support.
• Drive installation process for all orders from start to finish in alignment with Project Managers and field leadership.
• Coordination with PMs regarding subcontractors' schedules, including tracking arrivals and departures to/from customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Review all new orders assigned for Customer Contact Information, Scope of Work, and Traditional/TIS allowances.
• Act as primary customer contact to obtain good Customer Completion Dates (CCD) and determine accurate Project Start Dates (PSD) when assigned by the District Install Manager.
• Maintain Electronic Installation Folders for all assigned orders.
• Manage installation projects from order through to closure.
