Responsibilities

3. Maintain high visibility of work activity and results.
4. Utilize pipelines to forecast project success and potential challenges.
5. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
6. Identify and work with the project manager to mitigate potential risks to project success.

Experience/Qualifications

• Proven experience in coordinating construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle project issues effectively.
• Strong understanding of construction industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a high-visibility environment with constant performance measurement.
