Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of project documents and participating in working groups to ensure all aspects of the project scope is clearly understood
• Assist in the development of our proposals for P3 and other design-build projects – RFQ and RFP Stages
• Assist in the managing and developing compliant solutions in response to RFP requirements including coordination of all disciplines
• Assist with the development and coordination of documentation to support estimating and scheduling of the project
• Work with the estimating team to ensure adequate design assumptions are managed and contained within project budgets
• Assist with the development of technical submission including design and construction narratives and drawing package

Key Qualifications/Requirements:

• Post-Secondary education from a registered Engineering/Construction discipline.
• 3+ years of experience working as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry.
• Excellent knowledge of contracts, industry practices and work codes.
• The ability to manage projects in a deadline-orientated environment.
• Strong English language and writing skills, with a high attention to detail and the ability to proofread and edit content.
• Strong computer skills and expertise in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced/agile environment with competing priorities and capable of critical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with shared goals.
